Why Happiness Matters?
Because you are born to be happy. Because the natural state of your being is to be happy and content. If you are not convinced or have doubts, please watch the video or listen to the audio below.
Although I started my life from scratch as a refugee in my early twenties here in the United States, but I managed to make a good living for myself and my family. I had everything, but I wasn't feeling the happiness from within. Chances are that you have the same feelings now. There's something missing, or may be you are preoccupied - simply busy. You either ignore your feelings or accept it as a normal life and go on with your daily routines. I was there and know how it feels. I wasn't particularly unhappy, but I always imagined my happiness at some time in the future. I was busy doing other things without realizing that life (time) is slipping away. Then, I woke up.
What I experienced most of life I considered it to be normal, I was mostly between no particular mood to sad mood with occasional periods of happy moods. Now that I know that I had a choice to be happy all the time no matter what, I don't feel bad about my past, but I feel really good that this is the starting point for the rest of my happy life. This might be the beginning of happily ever after for me.
I don't want to brag about my state of mind, but I can't help it. I'd like to show you that if I can do it, so can you, and its worth to try. It's easier than what you think.
But first, let's see why happiness matters? In this video, I'll talk about what is your natural state of being; what is your purpose in life; how we over complicated our lives, and what are the benefits of happiness.
My wish is that you take the time to realize how important happiness is and to take advantage of everything that you can get your hands on to be happy from within. Once there, you'll have it forever.
Please share below your thoughts, ideas and specifically, what do you think about the importance of happiness in your life?
