The No. 1 Reason Why You Are Not Happy?

If you think that it is your boss, your kids, your spouse, or lack of money, time and resources, or even your own inadequacies and limiting beliefs that make you unhappy, you are wrong. Your unhappiness has only one reason, but you might not like the answer, or you might not be ready to hear it and fix it. You are not to blame if this is the case, you are just not ready.

However, if you already know that the source of your happiness comes from within you and is not related to any outside sources, then your job is a little easier to understand why you are unhappy and how to fix it.

Happiness is a learned skills, and you need to learn how to be happy with yourself first, then you'll be happy with your relationships, at your work and all other areas of your life. It's much simpler than what you think. You'll find the answer if you go inwards within yourself and know what you really want. There are things that you can do to make yourself happy from inside and outside.

So, Why you are unhappy?

Because your mind, body and spirit are not aligned. They do their own thing and each one pulls you on one side or the other, thus the reason for your unhappiness. For instance, you see someone run, and you think with yourself, I should run, but then you look at your own physical capabilities and remember that the last time you ran was ages ago when you were more physically fit. Then, you become unhappy with the lack of your own physical ability and you become unhappy with yourself for putting your physical activity on pause because of various reasons.... When you show up at a job and are busy doing things that you don't love and does not satisfy your soul, you become unhappier each and every day. When you mind wonders and wants to be lying down on a beach somewhere, but you are choosing to watch the beach on TV.

Gandhi says, "when what you say with what you think and what you do are in harmony, that is happiness."

How To Fix Your Unhappiness?

The next time you are unhappy with yourself, or with your relationships, and with what you do, think again and find out HOW you can align your body, mind and spirit at the same time. This is a character of happy people. They do things that they want from inside out.

If you are ready to learn how to do it, then the first step to overflow yourself with gratitude. This will force you to focus on everything that you have at the moment - right now - that supports your life and be appreciative of them every second of your life. Yes, you'll need to appreciate all the negative people, events and things because that is where you find your strength and the resilience to expand your imagination and tackle all obstacles without even noticing them.

Receive daily gratitude quotes daily to serve you as a reminder for everything that you are appreciative of in your life. By the end of the day, share the quote with your thoughts on gratitude and any shift in the level of your daily happiness from within.
