What is meditation?
Everyone might have a version of their own on how to describe what is meditation. To me, it is getting myself ready for living my day from my deep desired place in my heart. With meditation, I am able to detach from all the problems, tasks, relationships, and chores that I have for that day and go inward. I listen to my body, scan my entire body for aches and pains, for stiffness and any discomfort. If any pain is present, I send healing breaths to it and ask my body what else I can do to make it better. Then, I feel my presence where I am with all my five senses and visualize myself to be in a safe and a happy place. The last thing is that I tell myself to BE a human for that day and be open for giving and receiving. I might do all of them in one session or depending on time, I might practice it in parts.
