Meditate To Manifest What You Want

I have so much to talk about meditation. Honestly, it’s one of the best tools I have used to erase my past painful memories, overcome my mental challenges, and create the future that I wanted.

If you think meditation is too hard or you don’t have time to meditate? I'd like to ask you to take your time to learn more below:

What does meditation mean?

Meditation is the practice of closing your eyes and placing your thoughts in the background for a period of time so you can PRACTICALLY be with your imagination.

You can start meditation for three different purposes

1. Work on attaining enlightenment

2. Work on letting go of your negative energies like stress, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, overwhelm, fear - or anything that has made you unhappy in the past or is making you unhappy now so you become happier.

3. And, best of all, work on manifesting anything you desire to bring to your life in the future with ease - good health, wealth and love.

I have used meditation for all three purposes and this is how I can explain it.

I think of meditation practice as a tool - like a car. With a car you can go from point A to B. With meditation you can go from one state of mind to another state of mind using your imagination.

Remember your first days of driving and how nervous you were to pay attention to all the details so you don't make any mistakes. Now sometimes you drive on autopilot.... Your first months of meditation practice will also be frustrating until you become familiar and know what to do.

What is prerequisite to Meditation?

In order for these two tools to be effective, there’s ONE prerequisite and that is knowing your destination. Where do you want to go, and what do you want to achieve? Because without knowing your destination, none of them are useful.

Starting the engine of the car does not take you to your destination. You’ll have to drive, and drive in the right direction. Sitting to meditate alone with no direction or purpose also does not achieve you any results.

But you all know how to drive and use the navigation to get from point A to point B. So I'll share with you some examples of how to give your meditation a direction or purpose with clear outcome.

Examples of clear direction for meditation:

  • If you want to overcome your tiredness or sadness; then meditate to make yourself feel better and happier.
  • If you want to manifest love, then meditate on the specifics of what kind of person you are are looking for
  • If you want to clarify your thoughts about a decision, then meditate to find the best possible solution.
  • If you say, today, I’m meditating on how I feel right after quitting my job, it's a clear goal with clear outcome.
  • Or, today, I’m meditating to manifest one large account that doubles my income and I’m going to visualize what’s my first actionable step, that is a clear message.

Once you learn how to dive a car and set your navigation, you can circle around the globe with that car.

What you can achieve once you learn meditation and manifestation is unlimited possibilities that will change your life forever.

Why is meditation so hard for some people?

Here are all the reasons that I can think of:

  • They don’t believe in meditation and doubt if it will work. If you think it's not going to work, it will not because it’s the law of attraction.
  • They are afraid of meditating - or being alone with themselves
  • Their mind is too busy to calm down for any period of time - not even one minute.
  • They simply don’t know how to do it or the benefits of meditation

Whatever the reasons, there always will be people who prefer to live the hard way when smart options are available. That is not of my concern or yours.

Now,

Here's The Meditation for Manifesting What You Want:

Ok. this is how you create your desired life with ease and confidence. Start practicing the following meditation step by step to manifest what you want.

1. Have a specific goal in mind before your session as we talked about

2. Be somewhere safe and away from distractions

3. Get yourself in a comfortable physical position; sit with your spine erect if possible.

3. Place your palms face up on your thighs

4. Close your eyes gently with your face up slightly

5. Very gently, move your eyeballs to look at the center of your nose. This action releases your mind so you can focus on the space right in front of your eyes. The keyword is gentle. If it’s forced, you’re working too hard.

6. Breathe slow and deep until your mind and body is relaxed - as many as it takes. Relaxed forehead; jawbone, brain, neck and shoulders; back and knees. I usually do six or seven breaths and send each one of my inhales to different parts of my body to get a release.

7. Now, visualize your goal.

If a thought comes and interrupts your focus, acknowledge and park it on the side - take it to the background - and go back to focusing on the space that is right in front of your eyes.

How long to meditate?

As far as your meditation time or duration, it depends on the complexity of your goal. If you are manifesting for a cup of coffee today, you need one minute or less - maybe three or four times - before you get your coffee.

If you are manifesting or mapping of your marketing plan, you might need about 15 minutes or more to fully visualize all your options.

There's no set limit on time. You can take as much time as you needed to place your order to the universe or play with your imagination.

Meditation for enlightenment and for releasing your negative energy is a little different than what I'll share here's what you do for manifesting.

If you are manifesting a cup of coffee today:  when you close your eyes, imagine someone - even someone specific - walking in the door with a coffee for you.

Imagine how you will react when you see that coffee. Imagine how you enjoy the first sip of that coffee; imagine how you’ll show gratitude towards that cup of coffee.

If you are in your office, imagine a specific person will come around and ask, “does anyone want coffee?” and you say YES, me. I want coffee. Imagine, opening your wallet, taking money out and giving it to the person who will bring you the coffee. Imagine, the person making your coffee; imagine what the coffee beans look like; imagine you are smelling the coffee…. And anything else that you can imagine about coffee right now.

When you are done visualizing your goal, thank the universe for this gift beforehand and take a few more deep breaths with gratitude and feeling good about your achievement. Open your eyes and you are done.

From this point on, all you need to do is to pay attention so you can grab the first opportunity towards realizing your goal when it miraculously shows up in your life.

I hope I have convinced you to become a regular meditator.

This is a wrap for me here.
