There's a clear need for change. This is why I took the initiative to jump in. I have created something great to share with you here today.
There are your wants, needs, dreams, desires, career, health, student repayments, and bills. There are your kids, marriage, relationships, and never-ending home chores. There are your family and their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. There are billions of other things that you must do in today's fast-paced culture
Yes, you have too much on your plate.
You worry about your family's health and food intake. You worry about the safety & security of your neighborhood. You worry about political and educational systems. You worry about rising costs? about global warming? About gender equality? And, of course, you worry about all that negative news about world affairs, which is an added stressor.
Yes, you do have too much to worry about.
Your muscles are either stiff or limb. You are either lethargic or over-reacting. Your heart races, your breathing pattern changes, and you get a knot on your stomach. You feel helpless, confused and act as a victim.
Yes, your body and your health is the reflection of your mental state.
Nothing seems to work for you in your life. You have a number of unfinished projects and don't have time for them. You feel alone and confused. You don't have time for your friends, and your happy time is a cup of fancy coffee that you drink while driving. You ask yourself as if this is what you were supposed to do?
Yes, you do feel stuck as you see no way out.
Your mental health is a really serious issue that needs to be addressed now.
One major reason which is very important to me and it should be on top of your list too.
You will need to be happy to raise happier children than I & the previous generation did. You will need to be calm to make confident decisions & create your ideal life with the best version of yourself. Not only do you change your mental state, but that of your children and everyone around you.
Otherwise, the future is bleak for real.
These are good, but not effective treatments.
Your anxiety level will go down as your age goes up naturally, but it will not go away on it's own. You must take part in finding a solution for your misaligned mental disorder. It is affecting all areas of your life:
The only solution to get rid of anxiety forever is to tackle it with an active inward approach. Anxiety is your inner (thought) disorder that you only can treat it with an inward solution.
The inward solution is not about managing your anxiety symptoms, it's about getting rid of your anxiety once and for all. You'll become calm enough to replace your negative thought patterns with positive, healing and pleasant thoughts.
It's a big promise, and it is hard for you to imagine that you can live an anxiety-free, worry-free, life, but it's possible. Achieving this goal is a priceless gift to yourself, your family, and your future success.
Meditation is the most effective anxiety treatment, not medications.
