The Most Effective Anxiety Treatment Plan

More than half of the young women surveyed expressed that they are in a negative state of mind. Not only this, but they feel anxious, nervous, cautious, and worried about the future. This is alarming & a cry for help. Learn more about this research at YPulse.com

At this rate, this can be you or definitely someone you know. 

There's a clear need for change. This is why I took the initiative to jump in. I have created something great to share with you here today.

Is There Too Much On Your Plate?

There are your wants, needs, dreams, desires, career, health, student repayments, and bills. There are your kids, marriage, relationships, and never-ending home chores. There are your family and their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. There are billions of other things that you must do in today's fast-paced culture

Yes, you have too much on your plate.

Do You Worry Too Much?

You worry about your family's health and food intake. You worry about the safety & security of your neighborhood. You worry about political and educational systems. You worry about rising costs? about global warming? About gender equality? And, of course, you worry about all that negative news about world affairs, which is an added stressor.

Yes, you do have too much to worry about.

Do You Get Panic Attacks?

Your muscles are either stiff or limb. You are either lethargic or over-reacting. Your heart races, your breathing pattern changes, and you get a knot on your stomach. You feel helpless, confused and act as a victim. 

Yes, your body and your health is the reflection of your mental state.  

Do You Feel Stuck?

Nothing seems to work for you in your life. You have a number of unfinished projects and don't have time for them. You feel alone and confused. You don't have time for your friends, and your happy time is a cup of fancy coffee that you drink while driving. You ask yourself as if this is what you were supposed to do? 

Yes, you do feel stuck as you see no way out.  

Your mental health is a really serious issue that needs to be addressed now.  

Why do you need an effective solution right away? 

One major reason which is very important to me and it should be on top of your list too. 

You will need to be happy to raise happier children than I & the previous generation did. You will need to be calm to make confident decisions & create your ideal life with the best version of yourself. Not only do you change your mental state, but that of your children and everyone around you. 

Otherwise, the future is bleak for real.

What are the  Available Treatment Options? 

  • Medication. You know that it’s not the best choice. One of the major side-effects of anxiety and depression medications is suicide. So, not a good long term treatment. But, if you need it for immediate relief, take it.
  • Therapy. Therapy deals with your past issues to prevent or stop your anxiety. It’s time consuming. It’s expensive, and it treats the problem as an outer physical problem rather than an inner disorder. The solutions offered might work, but it’s temporary. Yet, I’d rather you seek treatment with a therapist rather than not doing anything for your condition.
  • Self indulgence. You go on a shopping spree. You buy yourself, your house and others things to make you feel happy. You organize your closets or clean your garage. These are all good techniques. The only problem is that they are temporary relief. Until something else happens that will make you sad and vulnerable again.  
  • Only-if mentality. Only if you had extra help, things would be better. You think that if only you had more money, a nicer spouse, calmer kids, a better job, a supportive boss, you would not experience anxiety. Again, this is an outer solution to an inner problem. Not only does this mentality not help, but it exacerbates more of your negative energies. 
  • Vacation or Time-off. A few days of vacation and going out of your routine is not a bad idea, but it'll not solve your anxiety issues. Sometimes, as soon as you come back, you feel more anxious.
  • Quitting your job. Yes, if a job exhausts and drains your energy, it's good to quit and start over. But, it will not change your anxiety in the long term. Your new job can be more demanding if you go into it with the same mentality.
  • Self-love. Spa day, and more beauty products. Yes, pampering is a wonderful stress relief idea. Do it as often as you can, but no amount of outer self love will compare to the self-love that comes from within yourself. Unless you know your value from a deeper level, outer indulgences are all temporary fixes.

These are good, but not effective treatments. 

What if you don't treat your anxiety? 

  • You'll miss out on the best years of your life and your children's life.
  • Instead of experiencing joy & expansion, you'll experience pain and contraction.
  • Instead of making this world a better place, you'll add to the chaos. 

Your anxiety level will go down as your age goes up naturally, but it will not go away on it's own. You must take part in finding a solution for your misaligned mental disorder. It is affecting all areas of your life:

  • Increased physical pain
    • Heart & breathing problems
    • Skin problems
    • Digestion problems
  • More emotional pain
    • Irritated and uninterested
    • Lethargic and drained
    • Depressed and pessimist 
  • More social discomfort
    • Difficult relationships
    • Lack of confidence
    • Isolation & loneliness
  • More spiritual disconnect
    • Living in fear
    • Control issues
    • Confusion & overthinking

Can you raise happy and healthy children with this state of mind?

Can you stay healthy and successful with this state of mind?

No, no and no.

The only solution to get rid of anxiety forever is to tackle it with an active inward approach. Anxiety is your inner (thought) disorder that you only can treat it with an inward solution.

The inward solution is not about managing your anxiety symptoms, it's about getting rid of your anxiety once and for all. You'll become calm enough to replace your negative thought patterns with positive, healing and pleasant thoughts. 

It's a big promise, and it is hard for you to imagine that you can live an anxiety-free, worry-free, life, but it's possible. Achieving this goal is a priceless gift to yourself, your family, and your future success.
